Includes a six panel fold-out insert featuring credits and artwork. The disc label includes the full and correct list of twelve tracks (albeit track 12 is wrongly identified as "Superwoman"). The booklet and rear insert list only tracks 1 to 5 and 7 to 11 in the following order: 1, 5, 10, 8, 2, 7, 4, 9, 3, 11. The booklet also numbers these tracks incorrectly (01 to 10), whereas the rear insert uses the correct numbering. The track durations stated on the disc label and rear insert are also incorrect.
