Released in a standard jewel case with a grey tray. Includes a six-page fold-out insert featuring credits and artwork. The disc label includes the full and correct list of twelve tracks (albeit track 12 is wrongly identified as "Superwoman"). The booklet and rear insert list only tracks 1 to 5 and 7 to 11 in the following order: 1, 5, 10, 8, 2, 7, 4, 9, 3, 11.
