Issued in a standard black tray jewel case with a 6-page roll-out booklet with tracklist, credits, photos and artwork. Pages 2 & 5 are graphically paired (see images). Released between 1994-1999. (Based on presence of SID codes and PMDC, Germany's period of operation). Catalog numbers: UK: CDMID194 - spine, back cover INT'L: 397 196-2 - spine, back cover 397 196-2 - face of CD, back of booklet, CD matrix CDA 7045 - face of CD Made in Germany. Track durations printed on release (back cover and CD) are somewhat different from the actual lengths. Differences are within 5 seconds. One exception is track 9, where actual length is 4:55 instead of 4:34 as listed on the release. 21 seconds difference is caused by the short interlude between Camera and (Don't Go Back To) Rockville. (Some other CD releases have the interlude added to the end of track 8.) Other difference exceeding 5 seconds is track 5 which is 3:32 instead of 3:39 as listed on the release.
