The band was not involved in the creation or marketing of this release. The majority of these tracks were previously released as bonus tracks on the IRS Vintage Years editions of Fables Of The Reconstruction, Lifes Rich Pageant, and Document, released outside of the U.S. in 1992-1993.

Includes a 12-page booklet (pages 11&12 glued on left inside panel).
